In preparation to the launch of our new website we have updated our client support and billing area to our new design with many new custom aspects to it. The ordering process is now more enhanced and user friendly. You can now escalate tickets from the ticket you are viewing, if you feel it is not being handled properly. This was an important feature for us as we want to ensure clients are getting the full support they need.
Overall the entire design and setup has been improved, on the main area there are now shortcut links for the frequently visited areas to make life a little easier for everyone. All server monitoring and network alerts are visible now for all VPS nodes. Stay tuned for the release of our new website, its right around the corner!
