How do I get a refund?

If you fall within our 30 day guaranteed money back period with a VPS service then you need to do the following:

1. Login to your client area here: https://soladrive.com/support/clientarea.php
2. Go to the service you want to cancel either from the Service Tab >> My Services or from one the mentioned areas on the home page when you login.
3. You will need to select the specific service you want to cancel in order for it to bring you to its information and options.
4. Click on the red button that says "Request Cancellation" and explain the reason for the cancellation and refund (optional)
5. Open a ticket requestiing a refund, optionally you can leave a reason why. It always helps us know what we did wrong and how we can improve it.
