If you are looking to cancel your service we ask that you first open a ticket with us so we can see if there is anything we can do to help, whether it be with the price of the service, quality of the service you are receiving, issue with your service or anything else. In most cases we can always help, however if you are sure you want to cancel you just need to follow these steps:
1. Login to your client area here: https://soladrive.com/support/clientarea.php
2. Go to the service you want to cancel either from the Service Tab >> My Services or from one the mentioned areas on the home page when you login.
3. You will need to select the specific service you want to cancel in order for it to bring you to its information and options.
4. Click on the red button that says "Request Cancellation"
You can then decide to cancel the service right away or wait till the end of your service period.
