Yes, every VPS (except residential IP VPS) carries a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. However, with dedicated servers we do not offer a refund at all, unless we are unable to deliver or provide the server/service ordered.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the amount you paid at original sign up.
